Visual Timetabling is an interactive tool for creating and managing schedules. There are 2 ing versions between them: single- and network.

Schedules are visible and can be modified through weekly or annual graphical views. Visual Timetabling knows how to handle teachers, groups (possibly with their students), rooms (with their capacity) and equipment.

It allows grouped or separate printing in color, grayscale or black and white. It calculates the balance sheets of each resource and in “td equivalent” according to the rank of the teachers.

It calculates a lot of resource occupancy statistics (rooms, students, groups, etc.). It knows how to find all conflicts and allows the to resolve them very easily.

It offers an automatic planning module. In short, VT is to be tested absolutely as we do several universities, schools, high schools or colleges…

In its network version, mySQL is used. PHP scripts are also available for web-based consultations! The ENT TRIAD offers a gateway with VT.
