This software works under Windows, MAC and Linux. It requires the presence of JAVA on your computer.
It was carried out in collaboration with the director of an after-school program spread over 5 villages, with a total of about 30 facilitators.
The objective of this application is:
- plan schedules for each facilitator,
- then retrieve the actual hours worked,
- and finally to correlate and possibly adjust the contracts.
For this purpose, the application is available in the form of 2 software packages:
- ManagementContract Managementused by the steering committee, which defines the categories and sub-categories of activities, as well as the time schedules of each facilitator.
- ManagementPointageto each team member, with whom they will record their scores.
The GestiContrat module essentially has 3 functions:
#1 The schedule:
Here the entire team appears in the form of a monthly table, in which the workload of the staff is summarized.
#2 The weekly activity planning form:
For each facilitator, the director plans the working hours, divided into categories and sub-categories of activities. The typical week can be extended to the end of the contract, over school periods, or leisure time…
#3 The liaison section:
It is used to send the contractual schedules to the various facilitators. It is also presented in the form of a table that allows you to see, at a glance, the progress of the score compared to the planned hours.
It is also used to retrieve the scores sent by the facilitators.
The GestiPointage module has 2 functions:
#1 The facilitator’s weekly schedule:
In the form of a weekbook, it displays contractual activities and schedules. It allows the scoring of the work done. The principle applied to this program was’Simplicity and Efficiency’. It only takes 2 or 3 minutes to clock in your week. The facilitator can devote himself to his work!
#2 The liaison section:
It is used to receive the contract for the planned hours, and possibly contract amendments. And in return, it is also used to refer the score back to the management office.
Depending on the settings, it is possible to require a “team leader” to validate the score before it is sent to the management office.
